why both of them cost 8 emblems? wellesley has bugle, washington has mass fire. wellesley seems to have lesser stars than washington. why they cost the same emblems?

is it because wellesley has 4*inf 3*cav and washington has 3*inf 2*cav?

They are both really popular generals, part of the "top trio" of names in the game (the last being Napoleon) They cost a lot because they can, because the good Duke beat Napoleon, because Napoleon is Napoleon, and because Washington='USA F*** YEAH (That was actually serious, most Americans are rather expensive) ^thinking of Jackson and Hull and good ol' Zebulon^
In terms of who is better, wellesley has better beginning output (ignores evasion) whereas Washington has better sustain (always fights like at full health) I picked Washington, because he also has economics and training and economics 5* so he can really tank damage and trade, and he has good movement
