i am playing this game on another device and I have lesstoq four cav stars (regrouped dumouriez) and another three star cav general with a stupid skill. I have not made a lot of progress in campaign so should I delete it and restart?

Well, those generals are crap, but you can get Sophia and Fatimah and save for Golitsyn, which will more or less put you back on the right track

you can always farm for medals so it doesn't really matter. Keep farming until you get Golitsyn and do conquest to unlock Sophia

I know that was kinda stupid but I was quite new to the game and I didn't know about the skills so all I cared about was the stars.  |

Its ok, we all were that guy once. On my first playthrough I found Andrade and thought he was a great general to counter other generals, so I started training him in cavalry. I had given this guy FOUR STARS before I realized he was literally worthless, because only infantry can construct defensive positions. I then deleted the game and left for about 6 months, then remembered the good times and got it again and started playing and found this forum and here I am. Moral of the story; Andrade is never worth buying, Wilhelm III is a butt, and everyone makes nooby mistakes.
If you wanted a REALLY terrible/nooby story about what I have done, you should ask about my first WC3 playthrough *shudders*

same for me, i knew nothing, i just bought tier 1 generals like hull which had 4 stars. I didn't know anything until i found this forum. I thought you had to spend both medals and shields for tier 2

yea i didnt even get past the first 4 missions because i didn't know any good strategies or how to flank.
