I recently restarted the game due to my wasting of medals. Now I have Guderian, Govorov, and Badoglio. I also have 1300 medals. What general should I get next? Should I sell any of mine in order to get them?

Definitely not sell your great generals. Either patton for tank, or yamamoto/ozawa for air
