What if EasyTech added some buff values in conquest mode to make "fairer" conquest.

Also there is NO explantion to the buffs. You can try finding historic references to the stats.

+30% Air Damage
-15 damage from air attacks on all units.
+5 Naval Damage
-5 infantry damage

France :

+50% Fort HP
+50% Fort Damage
+10% Arrillery Damage
-10% econ output

Italy :

+5% econ output
+12% damage on desert tiles

Germany :

+10 output on econ and steel
+10% oil consumption
+25% Tank damage
+10% Unit HP

USSR :

-25% unit cost
+10% artillery damage
+1 artilleey movement
-20% damage on infantry

USA :

+10% all unit damage
+5% all unit HP
+20% econ output
+10% unit cost

China (Nationalist)

+30% infanty damage
+2 movement stat all units
-10 city HP
-5% air power
-30% unit production

China (Communist)

Artillery and Tank +25% damage
-5% income
+2 movement stat
+16 city damage
-10% unit production
