Can someoene explain me why on 1798 Austria is in HRE when (as i know history)they were never in hre. Or im wrong

Austria was the dominant member of the HRE, especially in the later age. The Habsburgs, hereditary emperors of Austria, had a tight grip on the title of Holy Roman Empire for many years

I can get her with Hre 0.05 % chance,imagine without Austria -100% xd
I think i will never get Victoria or Lan...

The thing is, he's coasted on IAPs too far for the skills he needed to develop. Tier-3 Gens alone don't get you to Lan and Victoria |

I think there is chance of me geting Lan Or Victoria,my mistake was i put Poniatowski to fight against Poland,and ai check Kanue guide,and i know i was wrong,i could maybe finish faster if i put Poniatowski somewhere else
Generals:every princes but 2 elite,Murat,Lasale,Lannes,Nelson and Poniatowski

I find the art general performs well until Istanbul, but the Cav gen does well after |
