Are the wonders that increase the City and Fort health points worth it?
They say "all" in the description. So do they also increase your enemy's' cities and forts?

Frankly I've never bought one for the same fear. I never seem to struggle with city health. We need someone like Erich von Manstein to confirm. |

Not sure about fort health wonder, but I strongly recommend building city health wonder if you like to use Pocket Tactic and if a Maginot(I use Maginot when playing 1950 Spain&Portugal to keep Bagramyan and Rokossovsky away).
PT: Take land around the city, surround and attack it with forts.
