I do wish the Gmods had a bit more time on their hands, though That is why I said 2 mods could be necessary on most populated boards, or We could make power user group that could get temporary mod powers from moderator when necessary and they could replace mod when one is out. That would be too complicated to implement. And the problem is that all the people who can ban are online at one period and not another, so if the spammer comes at 12pm PDT, he can't be banned for several hours |

It's been pretty much smooth sailing so far other than a couple minor bumps in the road so single mod per board has worked out ok.Also Gmods and myself can always pitch in and help if needed. I do wish the Gmods had a bit more time on their hands, though That's often the case with the top stars of any show though😆 Our forum is fairly smallish community and our rules are fairly relaxed for everyone and that includes the moderators. So yeah busy people, busy lives.. and we dont always get as much as we want. |

But batman is the main hero and focus of the movies and my aspiration is the opposite of that concept. The forum is about (and for) the membership not about me.Ideally I always wanted a forum where members not only feel at home but also feel that they themselves are the main focus and participants and stars of this Easytech gaming community show! The staff and me work had to make the experiece of visiting our boards fun,entertaining and somewhat usefull and I am sure Mountbatten (who mod this sometimes difficult board) feels the same way. |
