If any one wonders why Russia is with the central powers in 1890, it's because Germany and Russia signed a treaty which lasted until 1890 when Willhelm II. refused to extend it and in this scenario Russia would still be in the treaty.
Red Russia would be allied with Germany because of two reasons. The first is due to balance, the second is that Germany helped the Revolution happen (they brought Lenin to Russia from his exile in Switzerland)
1923 Germany would attack Poland and because of that ally with Russia which just lost a war against Poland.

their whole world conqueror series just revolves around the second world war with the only difference of graphics, though they did change the stories in european war series but we do need diplomacy now.

There was a American War for Independence game too. Also there was EW3 in WW1.

I hope they will get some inspiriration and make a game on a new theme: The Russian Revolution(s) (For those experienced in history: The February Revolution (The democratic Revolution) and The October Revolution (The Bolshevik/Communist one))

They made huge progress from wc2 to wc3 and from EU3 to EU4: presentation,animation,map,content variaty,UI,technology tree,gfx and sfx,polish ect..I have most of their games and I still play some of the older ones and the difference is striking.
So I think their next game will be even better and maybe come out sooner too.

WC4, I wish. The this that I keep dreaming about is Scenario Builder and uploader. But I doubt it. Easytech mayn't have the server to host all that levels. Especially from passionate ones.
