The thing is that certain cities have different skills that seem to shine through more clearly.
Inf. - Moscow / Tokyo
Tank - Berlin / USA
Art. - Moscow / Berlin
Air - USA / Berlin
Navy - USA / Tokyo
So the real question is, what skill do you utilize the most?

Those "bad" art. generals aren't bad, they just aren't cost-effective. Correct. There are 3 kinds of generals. Mainstream: ones we always use, cost-effective, such as Guderian, Patton, Govorov. Non-mainstream: has some shiny points, but not as cost-effective as the great ones, therefore we don't usually consider them, still fine to use though, such as Timoshenko, Devers, Student. Out of stream: way too weak to use, such as Winkelman, Olav, Camacho. Most generals are non-mainstream. |
