At first I thought about having pictures to make it easy to understand, but too tired to do so I'll just write it down.
Overview: USA is in a good and bad position at the same time. As a 3 star country it has good income and OK starting units, but is far from the enemy and you'll need some turns to get to them across the ocean.
Strategy: First, divide your force into 2 groups (East and West) and a single infantry in Central US. Said infantry will go to South America and grab whatever they can.
West: Your west force will take on Japan, the country with the biggest navy and lots of admirals on carriers and battleships to crush you. To deal with them: spam submarines. Use the port in Philippines to destroy Yamamoto, the port at Midway to destroy Nagano and anyone around, and the port in Alaska to destroy Nagumo. All the while sending generals to land and help RoC (success does not really matters, but make sure all your generals survive). Once their navy is down, slowly proceed to attack the main island and Manchuria will be after that.
East: Your east force will deal with the axis core Germany and Italy. However, send your units to Spain to act as a base against the former two. While travelling, have Nimitz and the destroyer hunt the U-boats down, after that send the destroyer to Ireland to capture the lv3 port there and send Nimitz into the Mediterranean. After Spain is down, France will probably be obliterated, so build units and push the Germans back, make use of Eisenhower's air power and don't let him die, also build a carrier from the Irish port from earlier to help bomb units. Clark will be sent to Africa with a few infantries to clear the area. Once you get Paris you may opt to spam heavy tanks to rush Berlin (paraspam is very annoying here). After that it's up to the situation to say what to do.
Make sure you manage your resources well between two fronts and always have units guarding empty cities (to avoid paratroop). The first time I did this with nothing was around 50-60 turns.
Any suggestions are welcome.
