I'm a bit confused about what these item do: crown, golden staff, on war. I believe but not sure that crown and golden staff increase nobility. Do they increase health too? Also what is the multiplier for these item? What does on war do?

They help gain health faster. Multipliers are 1.4 and 1.8 (Can't remember which goes with which)

No. On War increases rank So rank = regen? No. Some of those items raise rank, others raise regen |
