I saved 900 medals should I buy with them rather Items, a cheap gen to get higher Stars on my good gens or buy another Tier 2 gen ?

What gens do you have now? I got Dumouriez 98 Kate 86 isabella 74 Sophia 98 and Picton 86 all without Items, do they make such a big Difference? |
