Tito, now I can tell you here. There is an app called Cooler Master fron PICOO design on Play store. No idea for iOS though.

It is a hardware issue, you can try to buy a cheap external laptop cooler and put your phone on it thru night I bought one for my lappy for 3 Eur so they are really cheap

It has normal processor and software Apps that tries to get the same effect can't do it right because it is impossible to get it right, I have seen how battery savers kills batteries, how volume boosters blows out speakers and how coolers (apps not physical ones) burns CPUs
