STARTING GUIDE TO WC3
WC3 Summary
World Conqueror 3 is a war based strategy and if you haven’t figured it out, it starts from WWII with Poland-Berlin and an alternate scenario for the Axis Powers. This then moves to a hypothetical Cold war where you play as WTO or as NATO to finish off either side playing as various nations mainly the US, UK, Nazi Germany, Japan and the USSR. It then moves onto an Alien Campaign with the world uniting to fend off an alien invasion again playing as various nations.
Generals
There are up to 150 generals in WC3, contrary to what Easytech says and there are only a select few that are considered really OP and some very mandatory to complete the game which I will list now.
• Guderian: Best general considered in the game, with 5* tank and great skills, he is absolutely vital to buy but with his cost, it will take a while to get him. He is only outmatched by custom made No Eyes generals (which is costly to do)
• Ozawa: Best Air/Navy general to start the game with. He will be useful in conquests and naval campaigns and he can survive until you get Yamamoto
• Badoglio: Great general to get, his skills are very focused and with his rank and cost, he should be your first general before anyone else
• Bai C X: Only default general to move 5 spaces on Field artillery (the slowest unit in the game) and deals healthy damage
• Govorov: Best General by output, However is slow, yet more deadly than Guderian, who is a monster himself in damage
• Yamashita and Vasilevsky: Best infantry Generals, but Yamashita is considered better against humans while Vasilevsky is against aliens
• Yamamoto: Best Air/Navy General and is mobile on land (arty) so has potential as a land unit
• Goering: Best Air/Land general due to rank and infantry stars. Also very mobile on Motorized infantry
• Crerar: Though he has only two stars, he has lv4 Plain damage which makes him a great tank general but should be only bought before an arty such as Badgolio
• Patton: 2nd Best tank general due to stars and explosives and so should be a necessary general in your pack
• Rommel: 3rd Best Tank general, due to situational desert fighting, yet has other great skills
• Vatutin: Tied 3rd Best tank general due to low rank and undeveloped skills but still has tide of iron and so deals huge damage as well
• Konev: Mobile Arty and also a great infantry general so two for one
That being said the Marshals are great in their respective specialties but in order of Best

Medals
Like most easytech games there is one sole currency that is Medals. However medals unlike in any easytech games, in this one there is no such thing as ‘farming’ medals in this game by killing units that could rack up huge amounts of medals. Medals can only be earned from wonders, completing missions (purple ones), conquests or doing the campaign itself which will be necessary to reach the heights of Guderian and Patton. Conquests such as Spain 1939, can be auto-played throughout the night and you can earn medals while you sleep.
Medals can be used for buying generals, buying skills and stars for no eyes general, upgrading a general’s rank, and upgrading the Ion cannon and buying resources (although this is not normally recommended).
Wonders
After completing missions, campaign and conquests you might get wonders which are generally boosts for units, cities and achievements. While they are all in a way useful, the most worthwhile ones to buy are the medal wonders where you can earn medals in the game’s world clock which can give medals in hours which is great for sustaining your medal supply.
The medal wonders are
The Pyramids- +1 medal per 80 days
City of Cuzco- +2 medal per 80 days
Terracota army- +3 medals
Units
Armoured car: Good for air gens as it is so mobile and it can deal decent damage over infantry. Recommended
Tank: Main armoured unit for the 1939 eras. This tank is good but still, the Heavy tank is only 60 more, while dealing more for Infantry. Recommended
Heavy Tank: This tank is OP (even without gens) as it can deal critical damage (65+) and can be a huge threat to infantry. Recommended
Super Tank: Best Type of Tank. It can deal dmg from two hexes and shares the machine gun buff of Heavy tanks. Downsides are it is slow, (second slowest to Field arty and same
speed of Battalion arty) but still recommended.
Light Infantry: Bad, yes it needs no industry, but it is bad against arty and tanks. Besides, if you have low economy, get an Assault infantry which is only 15 industry more. Not recommended
Assault Infantry: Only reason to get it is that it essentially ‘defuses’ landmines, which is good, but you do not necessarily need to buy it as you can dodge mines easily. Mildly recommended
Motorized infantry: Best infantry, with quite a lot of movement and deals decent damage you should really in essence get this only type of infantry.
Commandoes: Not recommended as it is slow (even though it deals good damage) and in this game you need SPEED!
Field arty: Recommended, due to impressive damage and good defense properties. Big downside is that it can move only one hex so it is the slowest unit in WC3
Bat Arty: Faster and deals same dmg as arty and even cheaper, but compromises on only one hex, so mildly recommended
Now for air support, all are recommended as each of them has benefits (fighter deals more dmg for inf, paratrooper is great for speeding conquests and capturing cities, and strategic
can crack cities)
For missiles you can use LBM or 2nd type as they have far better range, and can deal more damage with nukes
Navy Battles
In this game, the navy is a very weak force, with only dealing max <20 damage on land. However they are great city crackers and can deal huge damage to seaborne units. The Aircraft Carrier can deal around the same damage as a normal bombing run from airports, but lacks the navy’s ability as city crackers.
Players should tend not to buy navy gens, good or bad as mainly there is no true campaign needed for them and that they should be good on land as an air general, and for this there is Yamamoto (5* and 4* navy) who with decent movement are only recommended. The only two exceptions to this is Ozawa
I will post more soon
