But it happened in my old phone and luckily my game progress wasn't as far then as it is now. Maybe because of insufficient memory? Or old devices? I'm no IT expert. |

It's probably memory. I have it on PC, and I've never had that. Well, except for the time when my PC crashed. Or when I uninstalled it once to reroll the academy.
