In the thread fot fwys it said to take bordeux and lyon for faster completion and it works for me but if you want more resources try finland 1939 and just conquer the soviet union I have posted how to win as finland |

And Bordeaux is just faster turns, but it does not matter for completion. |

Bulgaria and Finland 1939 are also possible if you complete some stuff first (Fin: invade USSR; Bul: had something to do with RUssia, Yugoslav, and Greece) |
