You just listed both Presidents during WWII, and I applaud you for that sir as many of my countrymen dont even know that Truman served during WWII...but no cigar for the question.

Yep, just barely though, by 1918, he was lying sick in bed for most of the day and his wife, Edith, basically became acting president for the rest of his term B. Yes, your turn.
