Ahh... I don't quite understand this. It should be the code of each hex on map showing on hex editor.
For this thing I'm not the best person to ask, I'll try to grab someone here.

Those are hex addresses, you can use them for modding, and that makes it easier to mod as we don't have to search for them |

That are coordinates or id values in minecraft every item has its own id value but the spawn egg has 383 id but to get an another type of spawn egg you need to change the "damage"of the item |
