It is:
1. more of the equation for hex number of any given hex tile;
2. Adding an alien ship (damn, we really need alien terminology, no?) and Placing Zhukov on it (because Aliens count as Arty?) in a corner of PRC, and I assume the map is 1960 as Mongolia has a noeyes.
As I said, internet is glitched, and probably will be glitched for a couple of hours. Try to ask the birthday boy for anything else.

I don't know, but it's safe to say we should leave his guides alone for now. I thought there was a Russiyan forum, perchance we can find a guide of theirs?
