You like Goring historically?! I'll have that conversation in PM Anyway, Arnold is faster on MI, by a hex. Motorized infrantey posses maximum moovement speed Motor inf has 12 points (4 hexes) With Goring it has 14 points (still 4 hexes) But with Arnold it has 16 points (5 hexes) |

In game goring is also 1 of my favourites since i use air supp a lot. His health is great and i dont agree he has to run only around since you have missle cities inwhich he can do a lot of damage for a long time
He is a cheap 5star air marshall with enough overall skillz. Yamamoto is great and has some art skillz too for allien campaign but after making my own 1-eye art guy with 5star air i dont needhim anymore.. Goring on infantery is still of great use even in allien games

Fir Artillery Zhukov Govorov and I guess Konev and Leeb
Donitz is for Subs Battleships and beat at defence if the carrier Yamamoto and Nimitz are good for the Carrier Attack
Inf I guess Yamashita and Mannhreim are good
For air operations Arnold is the best he has big mobility and full Air it doesnt matter if you pit him on mot inf or car because he wont be a fightrt unit he will control the air

Imao gens are pointless in 50 & 60. I get a lot less nukes sent my way when I don't assign them. I might get 1 or 2 kills with them but they usually get nuked quick. I just use them for air attacks at the end of my conquests when I want to hurry up and get it over with.

Yeah he is a headache, but I only run into him on arty in 1939 otherwise he is assigned to infantry in other eras and at Darwin. One thing I don't understand is: why does Darwin have missile capabilities in 1950 but none in 1960? The only workaround for nuking them is to use LBM from midway. So that bothers me. |
