Jean-Luc Picard, "Naval Dominance: Prerequisites: Battleships, Barracks +2 BP to Ships 16 turns to Research" Shouldn't it be Prerequisites Warships (not battleships) True. Another mistake caused by me trying to do it all in one morning

Techs are all great to me! Can't wait to play this now Side note, I feel satisfied that my war's (TW10) rules (used by Oskar), storage (somewhat changed here but still like that ) and land troop movement are good enough to be used in other wars. Not Taking credit but again I feel somewhat accomplished.

Jean-Luc Picard, please add a rule section Like how many battles it requires to conquer a province. (I guess 3) And that we use the formula to determine the number Also please state the new loss calculation formula To conclude add that every player needs to state their bp at the end of the turn Tnx

Jean-Luc Picard, For the Market tech you put Economic Improvement as its Prerequisite. Don't you mean banking systems? theres no economic improvement on the page. No it's there under the basic techs. Economic Development: Prerequisites: None +1 turn 10 Turns to Research

I suspect Jean-Luc Picard may have made a typo of some sort.

Sabotage: The Victim has a -2 dice roll nerf I think this needs to be clarified. If it happens that the person is attacking with a force so small in comparison to the enemy, the required roll is way over 12 according to the formula, Jean-Luc Picard does apparently allows rounding down to 12. The sabotage nerf shouldn't reduce it to a 10 required. It should applies before the rounding occurs. It may help in a rare case where a 13 is required, but with a nerf, it goes down to 11. Is this good? Honestly, if I was hosting a TW and I was using the Picard system, I would say, want to be able to roll within 2 to 12? Get a bigger army to attack with, I'm probably not going to let someone round down to 12. I might have to decide on it for real later on when my TW approaches.
