Except that he isnt useless :/ Did it say they had to be useless? Skills apart from sailor and explosives are normally useless for navy, and sailor is not recomended |

Did it say they had to be useless? Skills apart from sailor and explosives are normally useless for navy, and sailor is not recomended The thing is he is pretty good anyway, that is why it took so long for us to even imagine him |
