Just looked for a good infantry gen... And was surprised with the results. Which acadaemy gen can make the same possible highest damage as Vasilevsky? Probably Kuribayashi?

@blizzard269875, Nobunaga Oda, both incorrect. Sorry, I was wrong, he can make even a little higher damage than Vasilevsky and there are two such gens. Kuribayashi did the same damage, if Bayonet charge took effect without damage loss, but assuming he loses some damage when bayonet charge starts to work, his max. damage is not high enough. And MacArthur takes 8th place in academy infantry max. damage dealers top.

Manstein when he is attacking a fort on plain. Right, Manstein can deal the highest damage as infantry, but he's IAP and that's not so surprising. I asked about an academy gen.

Manstein when he is attacking a fort on plain. In your words, "Well, if you have Konev, you can ignore it" So uhh, can I retract Schorner for Knoev?

@blizzard269875, Nobunaga Oda, Liang takes 13th place, Schorner the same as Kuribayashi: because of damage penalty when bayonet charge starts to work, his damage is not bigger than Vasilevsky. BTW, found one more gen, who can make higher damage than Vasilevsky. Hint: two of them can make it only in quite odd situation: attacking fort from the city, but one of them can do it just attacking fort.
