For Manstein question , i think the more exact answer is the Sokolovsky , the guys with 3 star int and lv2(?) guerilla ( it would be 4 star since 4 star +20 ) and cannot even take a blow ( infantry is the most paper unit in game ) .

I come to you at the very beginning of the game with 4 stars dressing like I only have 3. Yet you never buy me because I cannot even hold one blow. You men he's got 4 stars, but costs like 3 stars and has low hp? Weichs suits this very good (sure, if we don't count navy/air where hp is not so useful). |

No, Meyer is 3 star tank and no other skills or stats. He has Blitzkrieg and Panzer leader abilities of level 2. Oh yeah, forgot about it. I was thinking of him being one of the cheapest and cost-effective generals at the beginning. Some people do like him and manage to make good use out of him for a short while until he becomes obsolete mid-game. |

I can't remember for certain, but I think I used Meyer into the Cold War, maybe Cuba level (NATO6?) i hear he isnt actually that great, but I found him ok. |

Worst skills of fastest gens has McArthur, but not all bad in fact. A bit slower with not so good skills is Arnold, but for air gen his skills are not so bad too. Sure, not the best skills, but none of academy gens have the best set of skills. If fast, faster and even faster is 3 movement stars (3 times faster), than gen with the less suitable skills, especiall keeping in mind he's IAP is Zhukov.

Well, MacAurther I can imagine but is incorrect, the clue does have a tie to the movement speed of 3-stars, meanwhile it also has a tie to his campaign in which speed is a necessity. Don't forget the limiting clue of 'species'. |
