So if there aren't anymore guesses in 2 days' time, I'll just post the answer.
Last clue: this guy has never joined the Pacific Theatre and is an Axis general.
Who has to lead a campaign under a time constraint? Which WC3 campaign requires speedy movements? Which guy has an animal for a nickname?

In-game perspective: I look really sad, but I'm no "Smiling" Albert. Don't ever buy me even if I harass you. I don't like the countryside nor the seas. If you're stuck with me, please don't plunge me into a jungle or into the water. I won't be much of any use to you anyway. |

He's stronger in the conquests than in the academy (but then again, a lot of generals get an extra boost in ranks when pre-placed in a conquest). |

Both of them are very good guesses! I will say that fortifications is a shared skill with all three: Leopold, Petain and this fellow. Petain is a bit too strong in comparison to this fellow for comparison though. He has a bit more stars than Leopold by the way, so he's slightly more annoying than him. 3 stars in for an unit type different than Leopold's main type. |
