The most greedy are Franco and Eisenhower. Franco is not seldom important but crap. Eisenhower looks more like this. From less greedy... May be Goring. The most reaching thing I said was proud, as I was unable to confirm if Franco was proud IRL, though as the Spanish Caudillo.... I guess he IS important sometimes. My point about the wrong strategy, is surely you would agree him being the target of a protecting mission is his most important appearance? Yet he chooses to be on a Artillery! I guess he IS defending, yet its still his weakest skill in terms of stars. I'll post another guess if nobody else does I guess. Its kinda your turn again. |

Raider? No, that's not a skill for terrorists. Honestly hit and run tactics seem pretty reasonable. Then again, you are possibly talking about terror attacks and such single missions, while the larger organization might be engaged in guerilla fighting elsewhere. There's a skill lol. Final clue: This gen does not occcur due to a glitched spawn. He is pre-spawned and fights the Japanese, ALWAYS.
