I'm not sure I understand the riddle. He has 3 lvl 4 abbikities (inf tank etc ) He is expensive but its nit worth that much He is in the higher tier gens |

Ok this one is easy I am expensive not worth that many medals Three skills 4 levels In the first ranks I am not a trainer in any class Would say nimitz but hes a trainer :/ |

I told at least one city skill and fortification is and tries to be defensive as well but fails "I try to beat mannerheim as the best defensive infantry general" Ok fine it's Eisenhower |
