Phoenecians. They were able to explore much of the coastline of Africa, Iberia, etc. They also had new ship technology and much of the Latin alphabet is taken from the Phoenician one.

My vote goes to Ancient Greece, for their innovations into philosophy, science, mathematics, politics and many other things, and if we include Alexander the Great add military to the list. Its kind of hard to gauge the Sea People, since we know so little. I dont feel that the Egyptians, while important, didnt affect their world as much as the greek. I agree with Ivan Kolev on the Phoenecians, they were extremely important. But lastly we must not forget the Mesopotamians, they had a massive impact on most of the civilisations mentioned here.
