2 units trump 1. F PAN was providing support for the convoy at its destination. And if you want to ask... The army without support wouldn't made it, and thr convoying fleet is busy convoying, it can't furnish a support order at the same time. This answer all questions?

Logically speaking, you could be right. This is one way to put it.

But there's also a logical way of looking at it. A 3 way bounce is 1 vs 1 vs 1, if they all attacked without support, it's not that one of them went up against the strength of 2 with only 1. It's still 1 vs 1, but all around for all 3 players.

You do bring up a good question, and I already mentioned that sort of situation in advance just to explain how Diplomacy works because it is a good logical thought to consider.

You said that the units that weren't not Best75's were equal to his units, but they weren't working together against his units.

This applies even if someone owns two units and bounced them against each other in a province plus someone else bouncing in there too. Think of it as the unit's country of origin isn't the most important thing, but the unit's specific orders does matter.

I can think of one particular situation where a unit's citizenship does matter is that a player is not allowed to dislodge its own unit (like two of his (or more) units attacks the place where one of his units sit there, then the dislodgement is void, and the two (or more) orders to attack and support for two (or more) units are void as well). It's mentioned by the rulebook of Diplomacy.
