I'm sure many of these have already been memchioned but I'm too lazy to read all of this thread so here are mine:
Manstien: I think this is pretty self explanatory, he's always helping members and one of the most valuable members here.
Desophaes (sorry I probably spelt it wrong): Deso often shares his ideas and constantly works to make the board better, particuly the RP board (from what I've seen, I pretty much live in the RP and General board). He also always has POSITIVE suggestions and comments, he's a builder not a breaker.
Saltin: Another obvious one, without Saltin there would be no Easy Tech Fan Forum and he works behind the scenes a lot to improve our forum (I think). He's the unsung hero of our little group.
Sorry I didn't tag anyone I'm on my phone so it's harder to look for the profiles to find the usernames.

Also Picard, he helps new members and works for a better board. He's also always very reasonable somthing you don't see every day in the RP board (aside from best75). He also has a shiny head (well not at the moment but normally)
I would also nominate Best75, he's always unbiased in the TW's (again I pretty much live there and dot visit the other boards much anymore) and always helps me in them regardless of which side he is on (by this I mean helping me wrap my head around formulas an stuff).
