I dont really know that much history but isnt Caesar actually a title rather than name?

I dont really know that much history but isnt Caesar actually a title rather than name? It's the title of the Roman emperor, thanks to Caesar being the forunner of the Empire... Kaiser and Czar/Tsar is from the same word. So, yes. Quintillus best Caesar IMO. |

I dont really know that much history but isnt Caesar actually a title rather than name? Caesar was a name. The family of Julia often gave that to their children. |
