Disclaimer: This guide is in no way for newer members. It is actually surprisingly hard, even with good generals. Proceed with caution... 
Generals: The bare minimum is two tanks and one artillery. Just so you know, I had Guderian, Patton, Govorov, Badoglio, and eye-cover artillery (pictured below).
Color System:
Yellow = Movement Involving Generals
Red = Either just movement or weak general movement
Green = Where you should place generals and where they'll go
White = Cities you should prioritize the capture of
Starting out, the majority of your generals will be placed in Italy to engage in the fight against the Soviet Union. I sent Graziani South to deal with Montgomery. I placed Badoglio in Africa. Have your African units focus on Egypt.
Upon conquest of Egypt, take out English forces to lower their bombing raids on Germany. The French City should also be taken out.
Slightly repetitive, but remember about your home. General will be sent toward Russia. Capture Stalingrad and Kiev, if you can.
Upon capture of Kiev and Stalingrad, focus your generals on capturing Moscow. Hopefully Bagramyan left like he did for me.
Send your African forces to capture Brazil and Cuba.
Meanwhile in Russia, Moscow should be captured. Erich von Manstein captured it in mine (Thanks a lot 
). Move your forces to capture Mongolia, China, and India.
Now it seems we're forgetting a country, that's right, England. The UK managed to capture Amsterdam and Paris. I forgot about them originally, I'd say it cost me 10 turns. Anyhow, capture Amsterdam and bomb London, they should be weak already. If you have an air general, this is an ideal spot to use him. After that, create tank train to the US.
