What war are you referring to? If you're saying that to prove how old you are...why? World War I. Where else do you think we sat in the trenches? Now get over here so I can whack you with my cane Well, back in 1444 we had to fight guerilla warfare with bows and swords! Nothing like those fancy "muskets" or "rapiers" you have today. We had it worse.

Did you have to deal with mustard gas? Did you have to deal with the Black Death and Malaria? We had malaria, typhoid, diabetes, and numerous diseases no one knew existed.

Did you have to deal with the Black Death and Malaria? We had malaria, typhoid, diabetes, and numerous diseases no one knew existed. Funny thing about diabetes, some historians and doctors believe it's possible that people who are sensitive to become diabetic had something in their body systems that gave them a slight edge in survival during the black death plague outbreaks. Since a huge majority of people didn't have ample access to sugar and didn't lived that long anyway during the 1300s, 1400s, diabetes were suppressed in symptoms until today where people of European (or African) descent are among the highest risk to develop diabetes.

That's why there's something called a "Turkey Shoot"

Back in my days, when a general died or was critically wounded on the battlefield, you called the army painter to do a painting of it. Here is my painting: .org/image/ubvyodofj/] [/url]
