I have Dumouriez, Sophia, Kate, and Fatimah. So I guess the real question is what next? Isabela or general?

IMO you need at least 7 slots for easy play in campaign - because limit in Campaign is 6 gens can be used. 1 slot more for trainer and last fill when you finish maximizing all your gens |

But Isabela is better than Kate at Art, and Sophia has navy potential when trained you'r right but honestly you would spend 900 medals(cheapest trainer 300) to upgrage her to 3* .For me its better to buy slots |
