I think from the last thread I made I might need a general.

If you don't have any general (instead of eye covered), than the best choice for the first one is Badoglio. I have now Badoglio, and that was more than enough to clear 1939 for Japan to get pyramids, it also works ok autofarming for Spain, just tried to clear fo Egypt, that was quite hard and after about 35 turns I realized, that I will not win in 65 turns. However, if I haven't attacked Germany and Italy at the same time, the result could be different. Campaign is ok too, at least Badoglio is enough to collect medals for Govorov (that's my plan).

Allies are usually quicker in the conquest since you don't have to conquer Australia or America. If you are trying to get the Pyramids, I recommend using a 3 star ally country. The problem with allied countries, is that they're usually pretty hard in 1939 without the right generals.

However, as I don't have 80K cogs to build it (just finished to collect 20K for pyramids), I am not in a hurry, so I will try some more times for Egypt. First time I played, I captured all Africa (which was not already taken by allies) without any problems, than I captured native Spain and went further to Paris, at the same time attacking Rome. And this was big mistake, as attacking Rome had totally no effect, Paris I have taken, got a Bruxelles, but than Adolf made massive attack to me, sp I had to surrender Bruxelles and lost much money. After that I decided that I should better restart and first deal with Italy and than send to Germany army of rocket artillery built in Rome.
