Sorry if I forgot any, but these are the main ones I'm pretty sure. For me, it was hard to choose between Hearts of Iron and Victoria 2, but I ultimately chose Victoria 2 simply due to the diplomacy aspect added to the combat aspect.

I've never played CK2, HOI3, or Vici3 so I'll vote for EU4.

I want easytech to make a diplomacy heavy game, as there has not been any diplomacy involved in these games, which is unfortunate. I want a diplomatic centered game with some warfare involved. Like a downgraded Hoi or Victoria on Mobile.

At one point I owned the majority of paradox games, even multiple copies of the same games. They make excellent games at extremely affordable prices like from steam summer sales packages. Easytech reminds of paradox they have similar high quality strategy games.Ofcourse Easytech is very limited by cpu power and gfx hardware, still they manage to give us very challenging games.
Anyways, paradox all time favorite of mine is the Heart of Iron series.Hoi just plain rocks!

So, EU IV for sure, especially after the common sense expansion. Parliament was a bit lame, feels kinda tacked on, but it's a good slowdown for large empires to make the game more challenging.
Saltin, always tried to get into hoi but I could never get over the mobilization gimmick, I think I'm looking at the game from the wrong perspective. Can't wait for the next one to try it again.
Armchair, Victoria was good too, but I don't know too much about the history of that period to make the role playing fun, and I'm not much into politics, so the party system was cool, but again, more of a gimmick than a mechanic for me. That's why I stuck to eu. Ck took me A LONG time to learn lol, but that's fun too if I'm not too tired to keep track of the vassals. I think eu got the balance down the best imo, between a wicked complicated diplomacy system and a fun but strategic combat system.

Never played a paradox game... are they any good? Are they console, PC, mobile?
This might be seen as a silly question...
