Hi, head Erich von Manstein saying its 168. So i thought like cheking out. Field artillert would be my first guess Max damage field artillery is 48 Skills would be street, plain, barrage, explosives. The rest wont matter anyway. He would be in a city attacking a fortress 5 star 28 Plain 20 Streer 20 Exosives 32 48+20+20+32+28=148 Health below 50, stars multiplied by 3/4. Unit also reduces a bit (dont know how much, manstein?) 5 star 21 Plain 20 Street 20 Explosives 32 Barrage 24 21+20+20+32+24+48=165 So dont know it now, perhaps manstein knows it

Morale in WC3: -5 when drop once, -10 when twice, +5 when rising. Max tech sub=28+15=43. 43*(100+200)%=129 Donitz: 5*+4*Wolfpack=44 129+44+5=178. The theroretical max is 178.

You mean if unit have street fighting and plain fighting in city he has both bonuses?

As I figured out, there may be a bit higher damage (depending on rounding rules) if super tank with less than 50% hp with good morale attacks fort from the city.
Damage 20-40 + 15 tech upgrades + 32 explosives + 20 plain fighting + 20 city fighting + 24 tide of iron + 30 artillery stars (as I understand, below 50% its 3/4 * 30 = 22,5) + 5 morale = 178,5. So we get 178 if it is rounded down and 179 if it is rounded up.

But in stars hint is written attack +30. This works as 28? If such, than it's only 177. It is tank attacking fort, just typo.

Star system wc3 1:8-8 2:4-12 3:4-16 4:4-20 5:8-28 Thx. Interesting. Written 30, but real avg damage is 18. And even more: second - no effect average, third and fourth by +2, only fifth has normal effect. This is the only place where is written incorrect, or somewhere else too?
