I'm the newbie in this game and in Early Mid of process now (campaign 3-4 of WTO and NATO). I already had Guderian, Patton, Govorov, Yamamoto in my team now. 2 of my eye-covered gens in middle built of tank and arti (major rank, 3* of move and arti/tank, plain 3, explosive 2, [bliz 2, tide of iron 2], [supply 2, arti barrage 2]).
I need 1 Infantry Gen now for mission and campaign also. Between Konev and Vasilevsky who is more suitable to my team now or another choice? Pls give me an advice and thanks for your help ^^

For pure infantry, Vasilevsky. For arty/infantry Konev. |

Agree except for Mannerheim and Yamashita better. Manstein's thread says Vasilesky is more recommended. Found that quite true. |

For pure infantry, Vasilevsky. For arty/infantry Konev. Infantry is basically Vas. For Art, get Gov, Bado, Bai et co; for Inf, Mannerheim, Yamshita are better; and for inf(or any land)-air, goering or Arnold can do. Vasilevsky is pure damage Gens, but retaliation sometimes very hard ToT, i didn't ever use Infantry before so i don't know Raider (prevent enemy retaliation) is good or not. And Infantry is important enough to by specialist or just hybrid. Bai is good Arti gen but my I want to buid eye-covered gen better than him (my gen now only weaker than him at Ace Force and rank). I'd buy Vasilevsky. He's cheaper than Konev and you're building eye covers already anyhow
