Something extremely strange happened to me for 1950s Soviet Union (round 152). The map is all white, the cities are there, the map has no units. Images here:    These are the only screenshots I could get since the others were too big. Please help me. I don't want to lose this conquest. I'm so (or perhaps I was) close to winning it!!! PS If the images are too small, I'll upload it to somewhere else and give you the link. |

Its an old 6th generation engine bug, this is more common to ew4, the only thing you can do is reopen save, if it doesn't work just restart, first time is the hardest. Sorry for the necropost, but the same thing happened to me in EW4 before! Easytech games have weird bugs man. Never had this issue, played my share of WC3 conquests. Not too many EW4, but some. In fact, outside of 3Kingdoms I can't remember off the top of my head any major bugs. I posted once about a 3kingdoms bug similar to this, but IMO much freakier. This is a simply denuding of the landscape, makes sense objectively. The 3kingdoms one? It was not natural... Despite what I just said, this...this is quite a sight. Kinda disturbing. |

What the heck? Worse bug ever. No, but seriously I have heard of that before, but never seen. Guess I'm lucky.....at least the carrier can attack normally? Super fort! |

I know Riga is around but not the other baltics. I'm actually Canadian, but its silly how a WW2-cold war game can have 20+ American generals, but not a single one specializes in artillery, however bad. As a partial Scot, I am happy with EW5. Not only does it appear as a country, but it gets its own full length campaign! I lack enough pride to say that is generous. I have actually given some thought to how Poland could be added to EW5, but of course will only happen with mods. Poland is the worst offender IMO, as it was a major european power, and would appear in 4 out of 6 conquests in game if it was in game. |
