this is a big poll a big part of it is the biritish pm and the monarchs but I have put Musolini cause The Nationalist Party of Italy I have put the French President just if someone wants to choose him I have put princip and ferdinand they are the causes of the war aka ferdinand got killed by princip but 2 sides of the story princip is a hero and a terrorsit. bosnia wasnt friendly occupied there was a lot of ressistance and that is why princip is the good guy cause he killed ferdinand but it was austrian soil and etc etc you get me so choose and say why have you chosen that person also to say its not political its history

Gavrillo Princip: He was the spark that lit the flame which began the First World War.
Vladimir Lenin: Led the October Revolution which overthrew the Tsarist Regime of Russia and began the Russian Civil War which would ultimately lead to the Russian exit from the war.
Mustafa Kemal: Prevented the Entente from taking Istanbul during Gallipoli and was the only undefeated Ottoman commander of the entire war. After the war, he was able to reverse the harsh measures placed upon the Turks by leading the Turkish people through the Turco-Armenian, Franco-Turkish and Greco-Turkish Wars.
Also, despite not being on the poll, Arthur Zimmerman: Sent the Zimmerman Telegram to the German ambassador in Mexico to try and persuade Mexico to join the Central Powers. This ultimately backfired and was the event which brought the U.S into the war.

Franz Josef: poor guy, most of his family got killed/assassinated/suicided before he died. But his reaction was the key step IMO to the 1st world war. Kaiser Wilhelm. This person fired Bismarck and formed the alliances that were involved in WWI. 'Nuff said. (Also, autocorrect thinks that WWI doesn't exist) Princip. Because he killed Franz Ferdinand. And Sykes-Picot for their role in causing the Middle East to be what it is today
