I really don't want to make this a democratic thing, as I don't want to end the game, but we could take a vote I guess...

Isn't the game dead already? I had to deliver the turn I promised to my allies!!!!!!!!!!! Why is it over? The USA which is leaving is about one third- one half the size it is IRL (population). It is a broken nation, up until now determined to regain its glory, but no longer the integral force it once was. We have 3 players leaving (at least 2 anyway) The other one is Honduras, which is a minor country. The CSA, which didn't even exist at start, is the only major country we will be missing. What countries are balkanized Quintus Fabius? Mexico for one, is still slightly larger than IRL. Is 2017 Mexico balkanized? Losing USA and CSA would be painful, because it creates a big, North American power vacuum. If USA leaves, we can reintegrate the Western and border states into CSA, and make New England into a small NPC

You know, I still have that turn about which I said that I am "writing it before the new phase even begins" It needs minor changes but it still is effective. It still might work.

If USA leaves, we can reintegrate the Western and border states into CSA, and make New England into a small NPC The border states, such as the eastern ones, can become CSA. I agree about New England. I said long ago, that even a victory in the civil war would not end USA, as it is even harder to conquer than CSA. Defeat for USA does not mean extinction. As for the western ones, many could be given back to Mexico, the others to CSA, or even PBC/Chile. Heck, my Native American state could absorb a couple. That would be nice for ALT-history. I hope CSA does not leave. He did not communicate that he WAS leaving, but that he felt like it. He may have made up his mind by now of course. if he does not leave, that means we only lose 2 players.

I don't know if i should leave (you know, I just can't see myself losing land like Brazil and Argentina). And at this point if I say I am not leaving, everyone will be like; "then why did you say you were leaving?, make your mind Napoleon!"

Its funny that you still wish to play, if only to defend yourself. Of course, I was aggressive in my description, so that might anger you into fighting. You know what, I don't care if it drives you out of the game. If you must, lets see your supposedly well-crafted moves. Depending on "realism" or even ignoring that, I will beggar my country to resist you.

Well , the only thing I need to know is how many men do you have in PBA?

None of the last three you mentioned are currently balkanized, though we are moving on Brazil, and later Argentina. Honduras is located in a weird spot, and has not been discussed. Argentina is a small country IRL disputed in 1850, and thus decreasing its size greatly or entirely is not a super big deal. Brazil is different, as its half of the southern continent. I guess you are right there. As for USA, I disagree. Ignoring Napoleon leaving, USA is bigger now that its taken states from Mexico. Yeah, it lost CSA, but of course it did! Still a powerful north. The only thing it really lost is Oregon, Idaho, and Washington, and factually it had none of those regions in the year this RP started.

Well , the only thing I need to know is how many men do you have in PBA? I thought it might be realistic this time, as you actually worked on it. My eyes will be the judge of that. I have work soon, but here you go: Order of Battle 1848 (what year is it now?) 80,000 men in Idaho. 10,000 Indians, 70,000 Peruvians 30,000 men in Washington and Seattle. 25,000 men in Oregon. 10,000 men in North California. 30,000 (lets say 50,000 at this point) Chileans in California. Read more: european-war-4.boards.net/thread/3974/alternate-storyline-latin-american-federations#ixzz4aBtcRL9wShould have around 400+ cannon.

Quintus Fabius , I am sad. I was very slow on my turns, that might explain why its going so slow. I guess it depends on the other players actions to decide if we are going "fast enough"

Anyways I'll paste it now. Will take at least ten minutes.

USA 1848 military (on the request of glorious Peru Imperial RomeBall ) USA 1848 military;
Positions of troops before the war begins; Each state (30 till date) has 10000 men (10000*30=300000). Update; recruited 150000 marines too this year. That's 450000 total. We don't keep cannons. 10 ironclads and 10 submarines are defending Cuba and Puerto Rico, 20 cruisers are back home
Operation Impending Doom begins; January; 30000 men plus 100000 marines (10000 each from Montana, Wyoming and Utah) invade Idaho, need a seven to get across this state (as there are two forts here as well). oPVWSHyZLol epic fail. February; CSAs coastline is blockaded with 20 cruisers. Virginia (guarded by 19150 men) is attacked by men coming from WV, Delaware and Maryland (30000). We need a six as we completely overpower the enemy. March; Nebraska is invaded from the North and the West, 30000 men (from the Dakotas and Minnesota) invade the state. Now, as Quintus Fabius hasn't written of any troops in this state (I'm assuming he forgot?) I think at least 10000 militiamen are defending the state, in which case I need a five to take over as I have more men than him. April; Operation Hercules begins, an attempt to take over Florida is made. 20000 men from the Overseas States aboard the 10 ironclads (let's say each can carry 2000) invade Florida with support from a few cruisers that are blockading the coast already. Need a four (even though nothing has been written about Florida, I assume 5000 men defend the state). ·······
