Welcome to Wesnoth, where your magical attack have a 70% hit chance, but still seem to hit 40% of the time. Just keep elves in forests and keep your targets on bad terrain for now, and give all the kills to your best units (Melee with strong or resilient, ranged with dexterity or quick) Mountbatten , elves have 70% def on forest. Play like you are Mannerheim on Commando, and remember that you have no carryover/recall in the 2nd scenario, so you can make your units suicide. Orcs seem strong, but they are essencially Graziani on Heavy Tank--high HP and little attack. Attack during day, because orcs get debuff and you don't. Farmer Doggo, don't forget that the more you need a unit to hit, the less it'd actually hit The orc leader wrecked me.

Japanese paraspam in 1939 (I'm USSR) was on another level! Thankfully i had Timoshenko close by and later I sent Manstein riding a super tank in there. In short it was a slaughter!
Also in the vanilla you have two bagramyan spawning, in this mod I think saw two Rommels spawning, I did kill one who came to the east

Mountbatten, I will send you a replay of my play of tutorial as soon as I can. Other tips I forgot to write: 1. Orcs are dumb. Their AI is worse than Timoshenko's AI in Rescue the Ally 6, and thus will wade into water to attempt to kill you. 70% defence on forest vs 20@defence on water = dead orc and alive archer. 2. Your main battleline should be around the 2 patches of forest in the island; send 1-2 unit to east to block enemies, but main breakthrough has to be in West. 3. Heal, and spam fighters, but break through with archers. Fighters=inf/armoured car; spammable and tanky. Archers=Tanks/Arty: Fast and breathrough. 4. S/L. S/L. S/L.

Quintus Fabius , is Wesnoth like Warcraft , in units? Orcs are tuff Warriors, A lot of HP and thr backline isnt strong. Thry can pillage, steal resources by attacking Buildings,They are wildness but beasty, they have shamans and troll docs and backliners. Nightelves - Buildings heal by eating trees, women warriors can hide in the twilight ( if they dont move ) Tbey are nature aswell but more peacful they jave Druids of thr Claw ( Bear Shamans ) and Mountain Giants ( Giant Tanky Units ) Humans They have Magic and Muscle, thry have blood elves ( Healer ,Sorceress ,Spell Breaker ,Dragonhawk and Gryphon riders ) they are more backliners and supporters and human troops are more musicly bit they have dwarves like Riflemen but humans have tanks mortars helis etc

Northerners (orcs and allies): ToD (time of day) dependent, high HP, low DpH (damage per hex; high DpH means breakthrough unit like magi/cav/archer); wins by spam Knalgans (Dwarves and Outlaws, basically 2 factions in 1): Dwarves: Terrain dependent (mountain), tanky (with exception of Gryphon rider) Outlaws: Weak, fast, ToD dependent
Drakes (half dragons and lizardy Saurians): can fly, fire-focused(except saurians), ToD dependent, very offensive, Saurians annoying to kill U(n)D(ead): gimmicky (poison, plague{turns killed unit into zombie}, drain, submerge), hard to kill (bats/ghost line), spammy, ToD dependant Khalifate(semi-incorporated faction based off medieval Arabia and Persia): ToD dependent, breakthrough, healers, falcons. Also, our orcs are brown. .org/image/exysiibwd/] [/url]

If I had to summarise playing each faction in 3 words: Loys: Battleline and Breakthrough Rebels: Archers and Woses (Editor's note: Woses are Ents/Living Trees; they are annoying because they are invisible and tanky) Northies: Spam, poison, burn (Grunts/Goblins, Assasins, Archers/Wolf Riders) Knalgans: Tank or Hodor? (Hodor is playing with Outlaws only) Drakes: Forward! Retreat? Forward. UD: Loys but annoying Khalifate: Loys but weaker

From what i remember goring had lvl4 supply as well. Plus göring had shelter, where de gualle had fortification. Also you can complete axis and allies below 65 turns easily, then build the wonders and farm 450 medals per night. You really dont need a beginning general. I have pyramids already, I'm building legit every single wonder (even the ones that are for forts) so I can level up fast. Did Germany 1939 the day I started the game, I had nothing and yet I still won in 51 turns. That's what I tryed to do, but I lost my generals too quickly.
