So... bascially the Marshal or something like that? Marshal controles only part of army, for example in Russia the biggest group of army is army, and army group is lead by marshal, but whole army of Russia is under (in this case) Putin's control (as president is armies overlord in Russia). Oh, Commander-in-chief. Usually, CoCs are the King/PM/[insert ruling title here] in most of the nations I know (did research, only a few nations en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commander-in-chief#Other_officeholders_as_commanders-in-chief_or_other_situations use non-leaders as CoCs), so unless if you want to be one... |

The Light Bringer, please stop arguing. The Chief of Defence in this nation is the highes millitary officer who only reports to the King. You may be Chief of Starf or a general or somthing similar if you choose. Please stop arguing. @transfernium I will add you to the list.
