I mean, he has lvl4 plain and reasonable health for a cheap price. Is he worth getting? And if yes, is he worth promoting?

Okey tnx, apart from vatutin and guderian. Who is worth to get and why? Govorov from soviet academy. Lvl 3 plain and explosives, artillery barrage make him best in terms of damage. |

IMHO in the beginning the best generals are Badoglio and Govorov. Govorov is better overall, but Badoglio's price/performance ratio is better.

IMO as a beginner you should get Badoglio-Ozawa-Guderian
If you are a returner then Crerar-Ozawa-Guderian, Govorov-Ozawa-Guderian, Govorov-Guderian, Ozawa-Guderian, or just start with Guderian. After Guderian, get Govorov if you haven't already, then Patton, Bai, and Rommel (Patton before Bai, especially if you bought Badoglio)

Tank: Guderian, Patton, Rommel/Vatutin
Guderian is the best
Patton is 2nd place
Rommel is better survivability and move than Vatutin
Vatutin is better output and cheaper.
Rommel/Vatutin are 3rd and 4th
Itagaki is 5th
For returners, we have Crerar and Auchinlek

How about halsey. Yes Halsey is good, but you will be spending more on him in the long run due to his low health. Yamamoto is already at General. Halsey will probably cost the same, if not, more after you upgrade his health. If you really don't want to spend that much on Yamamoto, get Nagano. |

cweesy, And by the way, Nimitz is the best Navy admiral/general in the entire game (besides Eisenhower), but the bad part is that he is pure Navy, and you don't need pure Navy. So Yamamota (Can be air general) or Nagano (Cheap pure Navy plus air gen) are the best choices.

cweesy, it is better to save for a top-of-the-line general than to buy a bunch of mediocre generals
