Barclay Infantry: *** Cavalry: *** Artillery: ** Fort: **** Trade: *** Move: ** Training: *** Mobility Bugle War Expert Siege Master 6 emblems Barclay? More like Broccoli! When he leads infantry, he's like Sakurako (subpar for IAP). When he leads cavalry, he's like Sophia (who we have anyway). Barclay is useless. Level 1 IAP General

Suvorov
Infantry: ***** Navy: ** Move: * Training: ***** Infantry Tactics Formation Bugle Mass Fire 6 emblems
Us when EW4 came out: "OMG! He has all the Inf Skills!" The truth: Victoria outperforms him. His maximum damage is 5-7 (Depends on Formation) above her. Thus, he raises the average damage by 3 (give or take 0.5). Victoria's assault art more than compensates (not to mention her survivability). And to top it off, Dobeln is right on his tail. Level 2, for replacability

His stats don't fit. He's a Fortress/Econ Fort Cracker? That makes no sense at all! Level 1 IAP General

The king of raw output. You get him at his fullest, which simply isn't enough in the long run. Not recommended B- General

A cav-econ without the skills for either role. Assault Art alone won't save him. Not recommended. D- General

He's Cavalry #2 for most lineups "But Picard," you may ask, "Aren't Berthier's skill's better?" Well, dear reader, Berthier can never fill the last slot A General

Funny. Dobeln costs 30 medals less, and is better in every conceivable way. To top it off, Hull is 310 medals below and his equal. Tormasov is garbage. D General

He's the only good tier-2 with defense art. Not bad Cavalry, and fast. Could compete for Sulkowski's spot in the pre-Lan squad, if you opt not to take Dumouriez. Viable, but probably not the 1st pick. B+ General

Infantry: *** Artillery: **** Trade: ** Move: ** Accurate Formation Artillery Trainer 895
He is good on Artillery, albeit slow, and more than adequate on infantry. He may be a final one in the 4-slot lineup, but not needed if you have 5. Can be nice for midgame either way.
B+ General

I assure you, his tier-2 status was no accident. It's his mustache that got him here. Right? Right? You do believe me? He's a load of bull. Get Dumouriez (25 medals less, and much stronger) instead. F General

Blasius Infantry: *** Fort: ** Business: * Movement: ** Formation Spy 560 medals One of the best Infantry in Tier-1, on par with Zakrevsky! The best Fort Cracker in Tier-1, with Arnold in second! But Sophia is all the Fort-Cracking Power we Need. Very weakly recommended. B- General Worth noting that Blasius does incredible damage with tier 2 machine guns. Not much defense, but his offense with that unit is about the same as a good defense. Eqip him with a defense item.

Blasius is somewhat better because he's an actual infantry general, that's all Ok. I just figured it was because of his formation skill. He does like 55 to 90 damage when I attack. Anyway not that important, I just love him as a cheap general.
