Absolutely nothing.
(Nothing that can't be duplicated with a pair of not-that-difficult-to-get items which can be used for multiple generals if grinding for rank is your thing.)
Bugle is probably good for maximising hit potential in rocky and unpleasant ground, but it's a statistical thing which would probably require a lot of save/load to really show its worth. I'd pick him up as a tavern general just to see how all that went, but there are better things to spend one's medals on than the academy version of this guy. I love to try things out, but even I wouldn't buy that.

I agree with your review on Bernadotte but somehow I actually had fun using him as infantry and economy general.

I have some questions about this list. Why is davout as number 1 since he only has 4 not 5 stars. Why is Murad in F? He has 5 stars. What is an IAP? And why are there a lot of generals missing?
