The game is clearly meant to have fantasy elements mixed in with historical figures.This is not all that unsusual it's a fairly common gaming model. And aliens didnt invade the world -_- and Napoleon didnt conquer America and UK etc... But Easy Tech has done a thing,not depending much on your skills. In Coalition you have an ally with a really strog army so you need AI help (with exceptions) in the Imperial Eagle you dont have that many Allies but you have strong Generals and a decent army. The more you progress you need stronger generals its kinda weird I'd like to point out that the campaigns are mostly historical until a certain point. At that point is when the campaign would have ended in real life. The rest is purely hypothetical. Like if X won here then they would fight battles here and here.
