I mean "mod" it, not "hack" it...

Can you tell me how to change the scenario of conquer the world?
In 1939 I will change soviet side to an Axis side...
But, I still confiused with it...
Maybe You can help me...

Step 3 open it up and type ffaaaa00 Step 4 look above for 02. And change it to 01. 01 is axis and 02 allies When you pick the Soviet Union it will say allies but it will be axis when you start the game |

Replace 01/02 with 03, but I wouldn't advise setting the US neutral if you set USSR to Axis, as Axis would be too OP |
