For me it's TNG, with DS9 a fairly close second

I like *drum roll* Enterprise! I know I'm in the minority but I liked it and I think that if it hadn't been cancelled it could have had great plots such as the forming of the Federation in ts aftermath of the Romulan War. It would have been Amazon (wow it autocorrected from amazing, though it probably auto corrected because I may have slightly misspelt it) to watch the birth of th Federation.
I haven't actually seen much DS9 though I'm interesting in seeing what the Dominion War is like. TNG had its moments where it was amazing but it was often quite boring to me. I haven't seen TOS though.
I am looking forward to the new Star Trek Serries coming out in March I believe. Well I will if they change the hideous ship design.

I liked TNG the best, DS9 second. Interesting to note that Jean-Luc Picard has almost the same preference... Anyway, to me, the quality of a Trek depends heavily on the captain in the show. It's just the way Trek shows tends to revolve around the captain and his crew, so it does have a huge effect if the captain is awesome or un-awesome. I never liked the arrogant idiot Kirk being constantly bailed out by his crew one way or other. Janeway and Archer, those two captains were captive to their own emotions. Surely military professionals are capable of putting aside their own issues and focus on their duties, especially if they're experienced leaders. If anything, at least Kirk had a stronger leadership than those two. Picard, he's Captain Picard, what else do I need to say? I feel like Benjamin Sisko is a very interesting captain but he's no Picard. So thus, I like TNG and DS9 but definitely not the TOS, VOY, ENT.

I will admit, although I was often bored by TNG Jean-Luc Picard was a great captain. Really? I would say Season 2 to 7 was quite a good read (er... watch? lol). The first season was somewhat pathetic with its self-righteous sermonizing (delivered by Patrick Stewart unfortunately, not his fault) as a view of held by the writer obviously inserted into the show.

Picard is the Best of Both Worlds (Kirk and Spock)(pun intended). Sisko had his moments, and he was a well-written character, but not as much as Jean-Luc Picard. DS9's premise also has galactic politics, which adds to it Voyager was meh. They copied TNG villains (Q, the Borg), and the cast wasn't too great. I never actually watched Enterprise

Jean-Luc Picard, you're not missing out much (besides the early history of Federation) by not watching that show. I had seen about six episodes, it consists pretty much "Oh gee, I don't know, should I?" Emotionally divided on the inside and no less divided on the outside, Archer is a total bleeding heart. Some people likes the change of pace with a different captain, but it smacks so unrealistic to me that StarFleet would be desperate enough to appoint a weepy coward (a borderline coward, to be honest, not full-blown cowardice) in charge of a military vessel. Yes, a military vessel because despite peaceful missions, the ship Enterprise IS a military vessel itself, capable of self-defense. I lost interest in that show real real fast.

It gets better and the episodes with the Andorian's are quite good.
