We do not have the tools needed, so we (probably) will not Well I do have to tools to make this mod. Mapping, hex adding and removing general, flag you name it since I started to understand how to do it. But with an Victorian Era EW4 we need more idea. |

You should get it from blazko to make the victorian era just change the colors of the uniforms get cavarly back get out the planes submarines and you would be fine |
